First, ensure that you have clicked the UNMUTE button on the screen. If you still don't hear audio, check your device's speakers and ensure they are turned on. Additionally, adjust the volume controls on the video player and your computer to ensure the web browser volume is not muted.

If the video freezes, try the following steps:

• Refresh the browser page.
• Consider switching to a different browser or device. Alternatively, you can also follow the event on YouTube. Please note that only the English sessions will be streamed on Youtube.
• Ensure your internet connection speed is at least 5 Mbps. You can check your download speed at speedtest.net.

You can watch the event in full-screen mode for a better viewing experience.

For mobile devices, we recommend watching via YouTube or LinkedIn. Breakout sessions may require a larger screen such as a laptop due to detailed presentation slides and demonstrations that might be hard to follow on smaller screens.
